1. Time travel hurties my brain

2. They couldn't give these guys parachutes or something just in case this happened

3. Two things struck me about this movie. 1 they did a good job with CGI of the monsters. 2. There is no sexiness. Big budget films always have a sex scene, a romance, or a needlessly sexy character or innuendoes or sexually provocative images. But not this movie.

4. From that height into a 6 foot deep pool, the impact would be like falling onto concrete, while a split second later he'd have hit the pool base and shattered pretty much every bone and organ in his body. That's not survivable for anybody.

9. What I don't understand in this scene is they sent all these people without parachutes that literally fell to sky and killed most of the army without them even getting a chance to fight

11. I hate how MC finds out that his daughter is sad because he left/died then at the end of the movie he goes back to his time and does the same shit. I thought he would go back and make his daughter happy but no he’s just a depressed fk.

13. The government incompetence adds to the movie realism.
    1. I bet no one's bothering checking up on why there's such a high fatality rate (drops gone wrong) because it's not their job.
    2. Not having a trained reserve. Even 1 month of training will make a huge difference.
    3. Non standardized equipment, not using AP rounds such as the 6.8x51mm against an armored enemy.

16. Why didnt they get weapons when they got there obviously the jump was messed up but wouldn't future guns be way more equipped

18. Question: if they can bring gear with them (it's not like Terminator), then why can't they mitigate risk by sending everyone together with a landing foam or net? Even when the "coordinates are correct", a 10-foot drop can lead to a pretty bad injury if you land wrong.

30. But why wouldn't you just prepare in the past instead. Use all the info from the future and make near perfect defenses. If that doesn't work, mark how they got back at that time and try again with updated information

31. So judging by this one clip it looks like the movie is one big dumb action thriller with scenes we've seen in god knows how many other movies;

35. Our lab in the future is about to fall and we need to save them rather than just going to an earlier time to help.

36. Didn't watch the movie because when it came out, I heard nothing but bad things. But why were there so many inexperienced people? There are countries like South Korea. And Israel were military is mandated. And America has some of the largest competition shooting in the world. How did they find a bunch of Average Joe's?

37. 2:36 Now it is great they invented time travel, but they could've worked on one small thing.

38. 90lb girl boss military women will never not stick out like a giant, cringe, sore thumb in films. Stop trying to push women who couldn't beat a 13 year old boy in a fight – as a worthy adult combatant. They couldn't cast a single physically capable woman who fits the role? Hollywood has tons of them, heck a stunt woman with less acting capability would work better than just casting these scrawny petite actresses in roles they just don't belong in. It's like casting Danny Devito as a basketball player.

43. First, civilians with a smattering of military retirees and veterans was stupid. Call up active units which are trained and ready for operations.

    Second, sending people from the past if you have no way of knowing if they are related to critical people from your time is just begging for those critical people to be potentially prevented from living.
