18. Why did Michael Jai White get axed? I would have rather had him over Jamie Foxx. At least Michael Jai White can act. Plus he can do his own fighting stunts. This is just poor casting choices right here. I won't watch a new spawn movie unless it has Michael Jai White. The fan base Should stand behind Michael.

    He was already Spawn, & it’s not like he’s to old to play the roll. Both him & Jaime Fox are the same age. The Michael Jaw White has the martial arts background, he is muscular, & has the deep voice.
    Is this a reboot?
    Are they going to make up for replacing Al Simons best friend with a white guy? Are they going to actually make it go along with the comic, like the animated series did?
    All these questions,.. also last time I seen Jamie fox try to be a “super hero/villain” he was just lame 😒

22. Foxx is great and all but MJW really deserves this and would have been awesome. Its a shame how the really great martial arts action actors are relegated to B movies or bit roles these days.

23. Jamie Fox Can not play this. There are alot better black actors out there Idris Elba is a powerhouse and i think he would be a better fit for this role, or even yet Michael B Jordan has the physique and the expirience for this Job. Jamie is not a good actor keep him in NSL .

25. Michael Jai White would have been good, but Jamie Foxx is more well-known(for ticket sales) and is also a good choice to play Spawn.
    The guy has range and was good in action movies like Miami Vice, The Kingdom, Baby Driver… If they've already decided on Foxx as Spawn, maybe they could make Jai White the main villain or another important character in the movie.

28. Michael Jai is the same age as Foxx and in just as good shape and has the fans nostalgia. Just sequel the shit with the same guy, no re-make. Foxx will also cost so much money it will put the film under a lot of pressure to deliver big financially – if it doesn't, the material gets abandoned for another 20 years. Naah just bring in MJW we need a petition for this!

31. The movie spawn was good classic movie one of the greatest movies of all times. If you want good spawn 2 you have to find your best actor which is Michael J white you would want someone that has done martial art like Mr. White. We all know that we have some good martial arts men's that can pull this off but I'm sure that they cannot do those stunts anymore. Someone said in the chat that Michael B Jordan can pull this off. I truly hope so they can pull this movie off. This movie Spawn 2 has to be so damn good people would want to come back to see movies to see it again. Everyone thats big fan of Spawn I'm sure they would rate this as the next classic movie. I just hope they don't waste the peoples time making this movie when it comes out and you expecting to be a good movie and its something else.
