  1. "Some believe that the spirit stays in the body months after death" Okay… what about those who died in extremely violent manner? Like an African child stepping on a land mine and turning into 10,000,000,000 pieces of pink mist. Which "piece" is now their "body"?

When you boil down supernatural or religious beliefs, you find they're all nonsense.

What about the millions of people who get their corpse cremated and then scattered by the family. Which piece of ash is the "body"?

It's practically a Ship of Theseus paradox. "You" aren't the same you from seven years ago because every cell in your body gets replaced over time, does that mean all your old cells, which could be anywhere in the world by now, are still "yours"?
