I just watched it and enjoyed the action and the creatures, but I still haven't figured out the story. I did not understand why these things were happening, especially the baby, at the end. Like I said it is watchable, but you wouldn't know what the f….is going on.

فیلم عزرائیل، در سال ۲۰۲۴ اکران شده و با ژانر اکشن و ترسناک، مخاطب را به دنیایی پسا آخرالزمانی می‌برد که در آن سکوت حاکم است.فیلم به منظور قصه و فیلمنامه صامت ساخته شده وگرنه قصدش ارادت به سینمای صامت نبوده که اتفاقا همین سکوت یکی از نکات ضعف فیلم است.یک زن که برای بقا می‌جنگد، باید راهی برای فرار از چنگال یک فرقه بیابد.فیلم اصلا نمی‌گوید کدام فرقه؟آنها کی هستند؟چگونه به وجود آمده اند؟چگونه از بین میروند؟چی میخواهند؟هدفشان چیست؟و… هزار سوال دیگر که اصلا فیلم قادر به پاسخگویی نیست.در حالی که این زن جوان برای نجات جان خود می‌جنگد، نیروهای شیطانی نیز به دنبال او هستند.چرا این نیروها فقط به دنبال این زن هستند؟درست است بقیه انسانها را هم از بین می‌برند ولی در مسیر رسیدن زن بقیه را می‌کشند که این هم باز سوال بی جواب است.در دنیایی که ارتباط کلامی از آن گرفته شده است، فیلم عزرائیل به بررسی عمق ارتباط انسانی، قدرت اراده و جستجوی معنا در سکوت می‌پردازد.درست است برای بازیگر بازی در سکوت سخت است ولی سکوتی که معنادار باشد مانند فیلم ساکت که باید سکوت می‌کردند ولی اینجا ساکت بودن بی معناست.فیلم عزرائیل همچنین به بررسی ماهیت قدرت و دین می‌پردازد.دین در سینما سال‌ها قدمت دارد ولی این فیلم دین را ترسناک نشان داده عزرائیل، شیطان را رو میکند که چگونه به انسانها حمله میکند که این مدل نشان دادن توهین به ادیان است زیرا کار شیطان این نیست نام فیلم هم عزرائیل است پس ربطی به شیطان ندارد ولی عزرائیل مرگ‌در فیلم مثابه شیطان است در صورتی که در ادیان آمده عزرائیل بسیار خوش رو و زیباست برای آدم‌های خوب ولی در این فیلم برای همه یک شکل است که این غلط است.فیلم عزرائیل با داستانی جذاب و فضایی وهم‌آور توانسته نظر بسیاری از علاقه‌مندان به ژانر ترسناک و اکشن را به خود جلب کند ولی از نظر سینمایی اصلا نتوانسته قواعد استاندارد را رعایت کند و از نظر منطقی هم فیلمنامه نواقص بسیاری دارد.
