  1. not many adaptations have incorporated the detail that the monster had a genius level intellect which made his rejection and isolation even more unbearable

  2. Everyone’s glazing this Del Toro guy for no reason. Even in this trailer you can see that he threw Mary Shelly’s plot out the window just to replace it with his own inferior story.

  3. Recently films have been lacking that essence to pull you in. For Del Toro, his work is brilliant b7t this film was amazing; the emotion, story and especially for me, the ruthless use of effects for bullets ripping through bodies, and the physics of the body hitting the floor. I can't wait to see what he does next….please be Dracula 😅

  4. EXCELLENT FILM!! Best movie of the year. It’s between this and Hamnet which was outstanding. Marty Supreme didn’t live up to the hype to me. Maybe I was expecting too much from all of the promotion. 💯💯
