The few who come back are docile and you have nothing to fear-right. That's why Daisy Ridley is shown beating an Infected to death with her bare hands and staggering down a road carrying an axe. Also why it looks like the whole area gets nuked…
She can't act….. whatever role they give her she miraculously manages to destroy it.
