  1. When I clicked through on this I was thinking "okaaay… let's see what he's up to". Then, "YES!! Sharon Horgan!". She's so good, straight to the "must watch" list.

  2. I love James McAvoy. But NO. The last thing I want to watch is a movie that glorifies and makes light of what is happening in our world right now. Lockdowns, mandates, "quarantine" camps, economic disaster, need i go on? None of this is normal. It should all be rejected, as we move on together and we triumph OVER it. Not allow ourselves to be shaped and defined by it.

  3. Such silly plot. Who can't stand their spouse? Or who can't stay in isolation, specially for a very good reason for just a few weeks? People need to learn to know themselves, way before looking for someone else to share their life.
If you can't stand isolation then you pretty much hate yourself. And if you can't stand your spose, then you shouldn't have been in a relationship, let alone being married to that person.
So so many drones on autopilot floating through life thinking they are the shit when they really are just shit.

  4. a movie about lockdown… i was waiting for something like that to pop up… smh i'm aprob watch it anyway cause i like McAvoy he is a awesome actor

  5. Anyone commenting about James accent should come visit Scotland, there's millions of us sounding the same here. But it great to see him doing it yeah. His other new one, think it's called "My Son" or "The Son" looks great too. He had no script for it and essentially did improv in every scene

  6. this is a low budget indie with proof that great acting skills can polish even a small production. love breaking the 4th wall too! watching this tonight 🙂

  7. Other people go to cinema for – hreathtaking music, stunning choreography, taking story"
Me (and after reading comments down below, most people here) going to cinema for – James, James with a manbun, James´es accent, James´es smile….

  8. A very, good movie, excellent actors who held the stage the whole time, this was a bit like a play being filmed. All the timing and nuances of the three characters was extraordinary. Profound, funny, sobering, sad all at the same time. A great snap shot of our times. Gorgeous set. Brilliant writing and directing.

  9. I was wondering when McAvoy would be back but I don't find the comedy in this convincing. Like they're just laughing at each other when they taking the piss. A female with an Irish accent doesn't go down well on screen.
