Narcissists work covertly and are charming/have many friends. They make you feel or look crazy or dangerous. Trust me, i know.
Its frustrating that this woman and her family were still disbelieved despite how Liz had targeted other surgeons. But studying law means she can exploit the rules. Narcissists do that and know how to not get hurt. Smear campaigns and abuse start earlier than you realise, maybe the moment you meet them. So they know how to cover their backs qnd make it look like you. Master manipulators and psychopaths
This perpetuates the idea that shy and reserved people are dangerous and have something to hide. So the real monsters scapegoat them

At the end why she had to talk so much? Also all the others died instantly but husband won't and she could have killed the wife with same spray but nooooo it has to be gun, so that she could talk and talk and reveal the plan

Absolute garbage.
7/10. A good plot, well acted but the bouts of pure stupidity let it down ie when Dr Katie finds a dead body and later her husband unconscious, she doesn’t immediately ring for an ambulance she just knees at their side and shouts their name! And at the end, how did nutter Liz get to the hotel before Dr Katie did?
8/10. Nice film, good plot, well acted. Saw it on TV 10 years ago – so glad to find it again. Thank you!
