Doesn't surprise me that a lot of people seem upset that this TV series has the Main Characters not being white, even though this series is OK'd by the Authors and even Promoted by Tony DiTerlizzi himself. It just strikes me as funny that someone who helped write the entire series doesn't have an issue with it but a bunch of "Fans" can't get passed things.

    I don't care what the cast or any of that is like, I plan on basing my opinions on the show itself once I watch it. A Teaser Trailer is just that a Teaser, and sure if it doesn't wow you then so be it. I refuse to Crap all over it though due to Casting choices ETC.

    All I can do is hope that it's decent.

23. I absolutely loved the original movie that word was released in theaters and I always cross my fingers and toes that they would do a part 2 and never did. After seeing the trailer for the series for the first time the magic doesn’t seem up to par from the original movie in my option.

33. The original movie was awesome and magical the way it was. This one gives me creepy vibes. There was so much hate about whitewashing characters that weren't originaly white, but now it goes the other way around?! WTF?! Please stop doing these remakes. On a sarcastic note here, I wonder if they will go so far as to do a remake of "The Pianist" or any other movie about Nazi death camps with all the black cast since the gate of the total absurdity got blown open. Don't try to fix something that's not broken.

34. What a surprise, the entire story has been colourised, so the diversity characters will save the world from those evil white characters. The biggest problem with these recolourization of older books & movies, they don't seem to get the best actors, usually over actors, with no subtly or range, only that they are the right colour for the woke producers to tick off their diversity, equity and inclusion quota!
