  2. so, Biblical truths are only good for and believable in movies! Hum! Maybe in real life, it's all true and the gates of hell, stargates and wormholes are now being opened right now! didn't Jesus, even say, "people's hearts will fail from fear from what is about to come on the earth!" Why does hollywood make movies about fantasies and myths? maybe there all true!! wake up!!!

  5. The Gorge is a cheaply made movie. Two unknown actors and nobody else but a spielberg-like horror that wont pop up til the end. Only the 1st jeepers creepers accomplished a hit with such a tiny unknown cast. If its that cheaply made you can guess the effort made to entertain the public.

  15. I told myself no trailer because trailers nowadays span 90% of the film's key chapters and every, single cliffhanger, half of the core narrative twists are either strongly hinted at or outright spoiled, yet I suppose once stupid always stupid. I did it again.

    And now I know that :

    -The movie is about two elite ex-military snipers
    -They will be assigned to something special of which we know almost all the essentials already
    -They will develop some kind of mute, cliche'd remote romance/friendship
    – He'll try to cross to her at the end and something will happen as she'll try to help in a badass manner and then they'll join forces. That could have been left to the viewer's guess until that actually happened but now it's beyond telegraphed, it's written.
    -There is a "gates to hell" thing separating their watchtowers, and without that trailer we could have enjoyed gradually discovering what exactly the assignments were about, trying to guess, probably mistake it through a dozen assumptions, you know something called "suspense". Tension would have piled up all the way to the tower section.

    Besides, we already know a ton about their possible relationship , how it will evolve, how it will burgeon from a distance over long periods of the films, and all of that we will have in mind before they even have a clue of one another's existence upon movie start.

    I stopped at him trying to cross and parachuting to keep the little fragment of surprise there is left to enjoy as I'm pretty sure it will lift the veil on yet another ultimate twist.

    Cool.

  22. this is a bit like The Great Wall where an arm of soldiers fought to stop monsters from getting over. But this Movie only has about 3 soldiers?

    I guess the only different is that the guys have machine gun and not bows and arrows, lol

  45. Confused to why the audio cut out a few times through the trailer. Audio system is working fine, replaying the video it cuts out at the same times. SMH
