  1. So excited for Fantastic Four The First Steps, a truly all star cast, Marvel’s First family finally comes home to the MCU, loving the colourful vibe of the movie from the trailers, H.E.R.B.I.E. the robot looks like a true standout, it’s going to be a good movie. 😊 🍿 🩵💙

  2. The question is: is a film ABOUT family going to be FAMILY FRIENDLY for actual families?
(What that means seems to be drifting radically. —somehow SpiderVerse pulled it off, so it's possible.)

  3. The costumes look cheap and lazy. Sorry ya comic book nerds, they just look bad. People don't realize that taking things from a 2-D drawn format and trying to cram it into live action just doesn't translate well at all. But hey, it's from the comics, so ig some people will be cooming their trousers and saying it looks great just cuz of that…

  4. Marvel: Prominently features the Fantastic Four: First Family comic as a visual reference

Also Marvel: Doesn't tell the artist of the book they cribbed directly from.

  5. Read the comics back in the 70’s and this cast just seems off. Maybe it’s the Reed mustache for starters. Plus all the Family emphasis is just lame. Extremely lazy

  6. This looks really bad. The cheesy, Jetsons inspired look, this is not going to work for movie goers under the age of 50. Why do people think using futurism from the 1950's is going to work for audiences in 2025? It feels like a movie made by out of touch old people. Maybe if the acting is top notch and the action scenes are really good, it'll break even, but I wouldn't count on it.

  7. Marvel you hear how Matt is talking about all the practical effects? That’s why we’re loving this so far it’s fresh it’s original it’s comic accurate and most importantly the film looks so amazing cuz the sets are practical and not cgi
