Hollywood does it again. Ruins an absolutely beautiful book for the sake of sensationalism. Read Simon Stalenhag's insanely dark, orgiginal graphic short story by the same name. It's not a funny shootem up hero's journey with a hunky Han Solo Gaurdian of the galaxy side kick.

It looks nothing like the book – it misses the tone, color-palette and moodiness of the book. They took a book that has this intense loneliness – of a girl traveling thru a fallen world, and turned it into a big marvel-looking movie with the brave girl leading some robot revolution? Jesus what a disappointment.
Netflix – please, please, please do not make a mess from this story!

I love SciFi and swords and sorcery themes. I've loved them since I was a kid. Too bad it is on the Woke Netflix subscription platform that I canceled when they started producing far too many Woke series.
