Set in a retro-futuristic past, this blockbuster adventure from filmmakers Anthony and Joe Russo follows Michelle (Millie Bobby Brown), an orphaned teenager who traverses the American West in search of her younger brother. Joining her on the journey is a sweet but mysterious robot and an eccentric drifter (Chris Pratt). The film also stars Ke Huy Quan, Jason Alexander, Woody Norman, Giancarlo Esposito and Stanley Tucci. Woody Harrelson, Anthony Mackie, Brian Cox, Jenny Slate, Hank Azaria, Colman Domingo and Alan Tudyk join the cast in voice roles. THE ELECTRIC STATE premieres globally on Netflix MARCH 14.

  1. I read somewhere that they're wanting this movie to be the "prequel" that leads up to the dystopian atmosphere we know.
    But considering it's the Russo brothers we're talking about, I doubt we'd ever get it. They only have one formula, and Simon's original work does not fit that formula lol

  2. Open your minds, it's not the same story or authors viewpoint as the book, that's apparent. It could still be a great film but without seeing it, everyone's quickly judging with hatred

  3. This went from an eerie book about the fears of technology to yet another action movie about fighting against authoritarianism and government or something.

  4. Another shit Netflix original. Why I don't have Netflix anymore. It's mostly Netflix originals and a bunch of Indian stuff for whatever reason.

  5. Anything besides Stranger Things involving Millie Bobby Brown is going to suck. Plus her and Finn Wolfhard are the worst parts of the show. Finn was good in first season but then he aged like 10 years and couldn’t pull off a young kid
