  1. Thank you for this heart rendering film which keeps the memory of Anne Frank alive and her family and the couple who hid with her and her family. It's such a tragic, yet heroic story of the inside life of a Jewish family during WW2. Shame on the pursuer- Hitler and his men. May the memory of these brave sous live on forever and lessons be learnt from it all.

  2. It’s both heartbreaking and infuriating that, despite all the promises of "never again" (or nie wieder as the Germans say), humanity seems doomed to repeat its darkest mistakes. Time and time again, we let ourselves be swept up by fear, anger, and tribalism—basing our decisions not on reason and empathy but on our basest instincts and emotions.

Here we are once more, catering to a narcissistic demagogue who embodies the worst of human behavior: a criminal sociopath, a proven liar, a man who has no business leading anything, let alone an entire nation. Trump represents the lowest common denominator, exploiting anger, nationalism, and xenophobia to manipulate millions. People latch onto him not because of rational thought but because of emotional manipulation, confirmation bias, and the dangerous echo chamber of groupthink.

History should have taught us better. We know how this story ends: scapegoating minorities, fueling hatred, and rallying around nationalism disguised as patriotism. Yet here we are again, turning on one another, blaming "the other"—whether immigrants, minorities, or anyone who doesn’t fit into a narrow worldview—all while ignoring the real issues threatening our future, like environmental collapse and global inequality.

The tragedy is not just what we do to ourselves but the innocent victims of our shortsightedness: the environment, the countless species we share this planet with, and the principles of justice and humanity we claim to hold dear. Anne Frank’s story reminds us of the devastating cost of unchecked hate and ignorance. And yet, despite everything, we allow ourselves to forget, to become complacent, to fall into the same traps.

If humanity can't learn, can't grow beyond this cycle of anger and division, then maybe we really are a waste of time. But I refuse to believe that change is impossible. The question is: will we choose it? Or will we let another chapter of "never again" turn into "here we go again"?

  3. Unrealistic acting…they act more like their on a pleasant vacation instead of in-hiding in war time! They act like typical Brits instead of Germans under an oppressive regime. I am not enjoying this version at all. I've been to Anne Frank's house, the actual story was very different from how they've portrayed this.

  4. This reality sent trembles down my body….i had somewhere read about the disease ''typhus'' that had killed millions of people during the World War Era….I can now imagine the picture, clear …
is there any way that the hatred in the world can come to an end ???

Believe me, in a country like India , sanition is still is concern in rural areas mainly due to ignorance.
Well, to the Inventors of curable drugs , the world can never thank you enough …..

  5. The saddest about this story is that history is repeating itself there is a holocaust happening now in gaza Palestine from the same people that have suffered the same pain

  6. This version's OK, but inferior to the classic George Stevens 1959 movie, starring the best "Anne" ever, Millie Perkins. And of course it's not even close to the treasures found by reading the actual diary.

  7. All due to one man's anger, hatred, and blame towards another culture. We should remember to see everyone as equal and heed no one who tries to do otherwise.

  8. as a young writer of only 15 this was pretty horrifying to even imagine what frank family has gone through i feel so sorry for jews they didnt deserve this

  9. Am Yisrael Chai. עם ישראל חי וקיים. For generations they tried to destroy us- they never will be able to. We are the ETERNAL nation. 🔯🔯🔯, Long live Israel.
