While it certainly has the look of a YT-series Corellian light freighter, it is definitely NOT the Falcon. Even at the time of the Original Trilogy a YT-1300 was rare to find still in operation. That's why even country bumpkin, 'aint never been nowhere' Luke knew it was "a hunk of junk;" like your Uber driver showing up in a 1970's Ford Pinto. I'll bet this is like a YT-3000 series or something like that at this point in the timeline.
