9. I was genuinely taken back by how much effort was put into the animation for Mr. Ring-A-Ding. Sure, they hired crew members that worked with Who Framed Roger Rabbit, more or less the pinnacle of live-action/2D hybrid pictures even 35 years later, but I was sure that they wouldn't be able to pull it off on a TV budget. But no, I was completely wrong! So I enjoyed this episode both as a Whovian and as a 2D-animation enthusiast.

   Animation-gushing aside, I love the touch in how his pie-cut eyes briefly turn into moons when he starts longing for moonlight at 0:15.
