Great that Tom keeps doing these, I'm sure they will find a way to best show his performance, but in recent editions of Mission, I feel like the grand vision and vfx applied after the fact take away from the practical. That's a script issue yet something that makes the first Mission the best, the simpler the story the better.

25. I love how after seven films they are paying off loose leftover plot points and story lines from many of the previous films going all the way back to the original Mission Impossible that started it all! (Maybe we finally find out what the “Rabbits Foot” is???)

    It is my hope that it gives the audience a deeper sense of closure, fulfillment and feeling of coming full circle by reaching the end of a long, compelling journey as I consider this to be one of the most successful and adored movie franchise of all time!

    I am really going to miss the Mission Impossible franchise if this truly is the end of it. Tom Cruse's "Ethan" has got to be one of my favorite characters of all time as I feel like I have gotten to know, understand and yes, care about him and all the members of his team over nearly three decades. Which is a truly remarkable achievement in filmmaking.
