  1. Jus got the UI updated today. Not able to scan for shows anymore. I can only see 4 thumbs nails total!!

    Also, I have to scroll all the way back up to the top in order to get to the menu. My TV is NOT a tablet or a touch screen laptop.

    If Netflix double down on this new UI, I will cancel my account because not going to pay for something that is not usable.

  2. if they want to change the interface… why not have a setting that will allow new interface or toggle to revert back to old interface. they keep trying this in my area and it seems like no one likes it and it goes back to the old one… but this time i think it will stay unless people complain

  3. This new design is absolutely terrible. Netflix had the best UI in the streaming business and now it’s the worst. It used to be so easy to see what was new and coming soon, to set reminders for shows, or to just find anything. Now, all you can do is scroll and scroll and scroll. I don’t want recommendations for shows and movies I’ve already watched, I just want the old, fantastic user interface back.

  4. I hate the new UI but maybe I‘m blind. The coming next week, this week and worth the wait rows have all been combined with coming soon? if so, clunky af

  5. Come today to my TV…. what a shitshow 🙁 Now I see less information as on my phone. Like zoomed in. Terrible! I think about cancel the subscription…. What a stupid move. Now the UI is as bad as the Prime Video BS

  6. No why have you done this it finally changed for me please can i change it back i dont want this why please explain to me you know how hard it is to get to the top after scrolling for a bit please oh my why has this happened to me i thought i was immune oh goodness i cant handle this why me

  7. What an uncomfortable surface to use – offer this and on top the option to individualize your settings, to keep everyone happy.

    I'll go with my list, followed by currently watching in small tiles pls – after that tbe what's new section and THEN I don't mind big tile promotions

    I think the AI recommendations also got an update and are reset to collect your preference anew.

    They used to be quite accurate, yet redundant (Yes, I know I would like that movie… since I watched it in the past and clicked a thumbs up:)

    Now they seem quite random – eg I watched Tarantino with Django unchained and get recommended a story about a single father raising a child, a story about the life of Freddy Mercury, some soldiers doing military stuff and a cartoon about an idol girl group:)

    Well, maybe it will find stuff I usually like better, once it collects more data, haven't watched much recently

  8. The new one sucks, it takes forever to scroll.

    Today I wanted to start new series, pressed series at the top hoping to find my list. But no list there so I try "My netflix", nothing there.

    I pressed home, there i found my list. but not list over series but the liat for both movies and series.

    New layout is voodoo BAD!
    it takes forever to find stuff.
