I'll have to watch this. I wrote a play in 1983 about two guys in a foxhole in Vietnam that then takes you back into WWI and the War of 1812, with them both through their ancestors, but that's not the end of it. 🙂
The message of the movie was Obviously lost on many commenting as those comments were by thos who were fortunate and didnt deploy to the most recent battle campaigns OIFOIE. Till Valhalla
The Iraq war (2004) was not legit. Bush lied about Saddam's poison weapons. There weren't. Bush is a liar and criminal leader. WW1 was hell on earth, every war = HELL!
Black troops did not serve with white troops in ww1 they were under command of French forces and any black units didn't see front line service they were logistics this looked cool then the producers want to inject there sick views of today on history were is the LGBT community in this ww1 fantasy
The concensus is already In from full viewers; the film Sucks. One watcher noted that the film's Title also sucks: there is not 1 single actual foxhole Shown in the entire movie. Also noted was unbelievable and unrealistic; no one's battle uniform is dirty. These are plain-as-dirt hallmarks (no pun) right up front that a war movie was made to suck, just the same as how a bad joke sucks. There's yer review! The end.
Sorry, got lost in the inaccuracies right away. NO WAY would a bunch of Confederate soldiers even have a discussion over what to do with a wounded black man in US uniform during the Civil War. And units were NOT integrated during WW1; the black solider would usually be attached to the French army and have a totally different rifle, web gear and helmet. Not to mention the comically-outdated scope atop what I guess is supposed to be an M-16A2? Those points, and the 'every shot a close up or tight shot showing we have no budget for anything more' is something they must be teaching in film schools these days as you see it all the time in low budget films anymore
Was this any good? Almost watched it last nite

Shoulda titled it “Woke and War”
Shoulda titled it “Woke and War”
Sounds like drama written by people that has no experience or expertise in the matter. Lets shoehorn a ball in a small box.
This looks shite.

A black in a white unit in WW1?
I'm trying to figure out why the Hummer was outside the wire in a combat zone without any of its radio gear installed and operational.
IMDB gave it 3.8 … pass.
i watched this expecting furries. WHERE IS MY FLUFFY BUSSY AT? I HAVE BEEN DECIEVED
