  1. It seems like these foreign series are so much better than any American series on Netflix.
This was such an interesting perspective from Frankenstein the Monster. What a treat to watch and the acting was excellent.
I will watch it again in a few months. That is how much I enjoyed it.

  2. My husband and I watched it, and we really liked it. Personally, I watched it only because of Taner (Ziya), I have adored him since the days of the Miracle Doctor. And I was also very pleased with Ercan's game. On Instagram, many Turkish people scolded Taner allegedly because he did not step out of the role of Ali Vefa (facial expressions, behavior, etc.). I disagree. Here, after all, he plays a boy, of course, the behavior will be different from an adult. But I don't see autism here. So I'm very happy. I'm waiting for other projects with him.

  3. Just finished this and wow! The story was slow in pace but never felt drawn out. Erkan Kolçak, who plays Ihsan, is an amazing actor! The emotions he conveys in words and face carry the scenes and story through the biggest inflection points. I was really impressed with this and went into it with no knowledge of the project. It was supposed to be an airplane distraction and was a very pleasant surprise.

  4. I'm really quite disappointed that it's only one season. It has the setup and potential for several seasons. I wouldn't ran in the ground, but I would be game. There was a lot of story that could be made. Was the Professor the doctor's real brother or was it metaphorical? Bringing your uncle back to life was cool, but some of the choices characters made was a little odd. I'd be mad too if someone burned my house then abandoned me. Maybe someone will get the hint to make more episodes. Bringing frozen bodies back is not at all too far fetched from most of the garbage on TV.

  5. This was so got damn sad, the way he was just discarded and rejected so many times. The way he cried when the old woman told him to stay with them. I really felt so heartbroken by the way he was treated. Then when Esma came…. I got a stomach ache and had to turn the movie off til later. Over all, it was a good movie about the shadow side of love, the part that isn’t nurtured and grows crooked or stunted. But the resilience of hope that makes such pain tolerable. Fantastic acting…. Great film

  6. The photography's gloomily atmospheric, but the voiceovers are awful and frustrating, and the actings' terrible🙄 Their bulging eyes and jerky movements are like the Three Stooges doing slapstick😒 According to the comments it's the most FANTASTIC thing "they've" ever watched; I'll try episode 2, it can't possibly get any worse🤥

  7. The series is set in the Ottoman period and is inspired by Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. I liked it very much, the darkness of the theme, the messages wanted to be given and the fluency were very nice. I recommend everyone to watch it. Erkan Kolçak Köstendil, who portrays the character of Ihsan, has shown a magnificent acting…

  8. Honestly beautiful I always love retelling of frankenstein and dracula and very version . And how artist remake them to their ideals . But I’m all for goth horror romance sentimentalism

  9. Just finished it nd must say it's true heart touching series where you find all famous 'kosem' sultan actors and they act just fabulous love this series must watch people ❤ thanks Netflix for bringing this to us ,,

  10. My God! This series is more than just awsome.

Its somethibg that helped me explain the meaning of my life. I know how this sounds but this is true. Its hard to explain but maybe someday.

Please dont consider this comment as a joke. If you watch the series maybe you'll understand it. 🙏
