Yawn. I wouldnโt instruct any of them. This is a key reason why the prime property markets get a bad rap. They are probably living with mum and dad still.
Letโs not forget this is a โrealityโ tv show. I donโt watch mโRealityโ is in fact scripted for drama. Bear that in mind when watching any really tv show and pretend all is real. Iโm the same way that people go on living live int the outside world z lol
have you ever seen such a racket, that guy must be laughing his ass off, all these agents working for free and not getting paid unless they sell something, come on guys go make me a fortune ill give you a percentage if you manage to sell something..
Narcissists United
This cannot be real ๐๐๐๐๐
Aly in New York was cringeworthy to see. He's there, having sold absolutely zero and knowing nothing what he talks about, telling top brokers who have sold for hundreds of millions how he will 'bring a buyer for the property'…. meanwhile, he spent his time roaming for a stripjoint in Queens at 4am rather than prepare himself and read up about the property like he'd been forewarned to do. The problem with Aly is that he thinks he has far more skills than he actually has while his entire presentation and sales tactics scream intern and newbie.
Such odd people. I wouldn't buy from any of them. They don't know enough of their own listing, can't negotiate their way out of a paperbag and every single one of them constantly talk over everyone and can't even wait for their own time. Kish has no drive at all and will be the first one to bail out while Aly can't negotiate an offer and constantly keeps repeating how people have to buy the property which is so pushy and annoying.
The Love Island of Estate Agents…all image, no substance!
How hard is it to sell a ยฃ1m house? Surely a house sells itself? Is some smug git gonna convince me to buy a shithole? Nope!
Sales is the hardest job in the world but one that teaches you the most. BBC employees should try it at least once that way they would get more international sales on their programming. Only the negative, cynical & taxpayer funded BBC could try and make a joke of young estate agents. I think the Beeb wanted to reinforce its built in prejudice against both the rich & the estate agents. The viewer got no idea about the clients – why they chose London as their base? What type of property are they interested in? What made them choose one property over another? Are they happy with their decision? Feeble effort BBC.
As a British person I find the amount of ethnic minorities on television incredibly alienating.
Selling Drizzle
Excited to watch this!
Booo Estate Agents suck
Why are we glorifying excess and inequality? Shows like this are why I don't pay a TV licence and believe that the BBC should be partially defunded
I thought it was a mockumentary, like This Country or The Office
Theyโll put any old shite on bbc nowadays
Get tf outta here with this bs
๐ This looks like one to avoid.
If Century 21 did a reality show.
