I remember watching the 90s version and I was like 11/12 and Ik that’s really young I was obsessed with horror movies at 10 I watched Annabelle (2014) and that really creeped me out it was the ending that creeped me out I still remember when the 2019 of Annabelle came out I was scared to watch it but at the end I watched it cause I watched the trailer and behinds the scene so I wouldn’t be scared then I heard and read the doll was real and I was like I don’t believe it 😭😭 until, I read more and more about it to find out the truth lol

I just finish watching all 3 seasons and honestly Its the VOICE!!! for me, No One could've pulled off the voice except Brad Dourif, the same with Robert Englund playing Freddy Krueger….I love it!!!

The first movie worked because Andy was a child. This highschooler walking around with a doll is so out of place, even for a sci-fi horror film. No one questioned him why is a grown teenager playing with a doll meant for elementary kids?

My cousin had a My Buddy doll. I didn't know it at the time. And saw the first chucky movie, childs play in 1988, I was 10 yrs old. I spent the night at my cousins house and went into his closet to find his toys to play with. I shit you not, I saw the My Buddy doll and I freaked the fuck out. I couldn't sleep that night. I was so scared I had to call my mom to pick me up. To this day I know the feeling of a heart attack at ten years old. Horror movies are not fun anymore.
