"I'm not sure if the BBC is aware of the fact that Gen X'ers don't exclusively listen to reggae music. It's a bit unnerving that the dad ran an old-time radio station, playing music from the 1960s instead of the 70s to 90s. At least the mother was a soul music singer. After the Windrush and the popularity of reggae music from 60s-70s Jamaica, there was also Lovers Rock, soul, and hip hop. My whole generation was overlooked by the BBC in favour of my parents' music from the 50s and 60s. Jamaica was portrayed very well in the show though."

Season 2…. Getting boscoe outta his contract and to recover from medical abuse, by powerful people in the system. His dad should eventually go jail for fraud and theft cause he lied to his son about the contract. Also his sisters rise to fame and how her life and stardom is impacted by helping boscoe get outta that trap. Boscoe geta back with his baby mum and that guy moves to USA alone after hey are caught togerher. Lol.. Vita gets back with my guy she likes her brothers friend. They could go abroad and be hustled and then make it bigger. End it well please. So much potential for season 2 and your gonna say no according to Google. No after ending with being sectioned. Snaked by his own dad.
I enjoyed this. But didn't even know it was released so BBC it needed more marketing you did a bad job. Second of all how in the world you gonna finish with him getting sectioned by some snake dad and managers… You better take up season 2 you did black ppl from UK dirty with an ending like that. What kind of hope it that. You left a bunch of young ppl with a success to be obliterated in the worst way, by some snakes. I am mad as hell it ended there. And came to you tube to curse you BBC off.
