10. Whoa, I was within a few feet of a gorgeous one in Cairns. They look friendly, but they do have teeth. I never knew one to take an arm off. I bloody LOVE THAT this is adapted from something by Australian TIM WINTON. The man should have won a Pulitzer Prize for literature a decade ago – at least. Goddamn literary genius. Heath Ledger was supposed to be getting behind Dirt Music being adapted from the screen. When he died, after all the shock, upset at all the great performances I would never get see, I thought… DAMMIT. “Dirt Music, if made, will star an inferior actor (who isn’t?), and just cannot get the same recognition or exposure then if Heath had of seen one psychiatrist instead of five for his meds. Australian actor Simon Baker directed and starred in “Breath”. So we have that. That was made for him with the surfing, and had Mara Rooney, who did a solid Australian accent to her credit.

12. another movie same basic story …….its funny how all the movies now seem to have the same in plot of others or just a remake of old ones LOL…..guess humanity has reached its peak of ideas ….u can only go so far !!!

14. Blueback is a beautiful book by Tim Winton. Mia Wasikowska is great – I'm all the way in on this.

32. Looks great, but I'll tell you, I wouldn't pet giant grouper… They can take your arm off if they want. It's sort of like the people who walk up to an American Bison and then are shocked when they get gored or trampled.
