When I was a kid, we called this Universal Soldier.
I like Guy Pearce and Vin Diesel so I'll definitely watch it, but I could literally tell you the plot beat for beat just from watching this 2min clip. The only point I would waffle on is whether or not Pearce's character ends up having the same powers when he inevitably reveals his evil master plan. If so, then this is also a large portion of Iron Man 3 with the same actor playing the same role!
