In subspecies number one they claim the king fell in love with a mortal woman but in this supposed backstory the prince is keeping her in a dungeon cell and making her have relations with him whether she wants to or not that is not a love story and it doesn't make the father that Stefan would be stopping in to visit in number one and be sad about the fact that he was dead

  7. To further complicate a twisted family tree if Michelle truly is Helena Reborn the offhand comment in the first movie that she had Stefan's mother's eyes would be more of she had Stefan's mother's very soul so he literally fell in love with his mother's reincarnation

  9. It's claimed he turned Ash and Ariel cuz he wanted the beauty of their music forever so if he wants Beauty in his life why does he not do everything he can to make his features pass again as they did from potions when he was living as a mortal still

  10. If from infancy he was treated with potions to make his features pass wouldn't he be moving Heaven and Earth to recreate those potions since he's got forever to potentially live as a vampire

  11. Okay if the church supposedly had potions to make radu's features from his his demon mother
    who is only said to be a Sorceress in the first movie
    beastly looking features appear as human and he supposedly spent a hundred years learning magic from his mother after he got made vampire
    Would he not be seeking out to recreate those potions
    or some kind of magical glamour to make himself pass once again

  14. In the original subspecies Radu's father could pass as human
    And he was living at peace with the World by surviving off the Bloodstone his firstborn son came in and killed him off and he didn't even try a fight but in this that is supposed to be backstory they have him looking monstrous and hunting humans and well into the movie Radu brings him out of a sort of suspended animation
    from having a sword in his heart only to stab him a bunch of times again and then leave him still in the Crypt and supposedly dead
    so how did he kill him at the beginning of the first subspecies

  23. Ted and full moon weren't out to make a masterpiece. Take this for what it is. More Radu for fans of the series. I loved the original ones and have shown countless people the "creepiest" vampire ever lol. I'll watch it for the nostalgia but I'm keeping my expectations low. Seeing a movie on the beginnings of Radu and he looks like the endings of Radu…well, I guess we'll see. It's on tubi as of 10/20. I can afford an hour and twenty mins for the teenager in me.

  25. I wished that they'd remake this all over again (I know) or started a new one that followed from the previous film subspecies 4 , cause there was still chance for Radu to be brought back from his previous death.

  26. I don't know about some people but I've seen the other 4 films and been a big fan of them but this to me was such a disappointment. I wish it was done differently but the story telling was very confusing and the movie was shot to dark to understand what was happening all around. The other 4 films were shot mostly in the dark as well but you can still see and always tell what's happening all around
