3. I don't know how the actors managed to portray such crushing, bone melting, all encompassing mental and physical fatigue but they nailed it. The looks of exhaustion on their faces was heartbreaking when I thought that doctors (and nurses) were going through that for real.

4. I’m a doctor and this is so close to real life it’s scary. Greys anatomy is horse shit. Speed and numbers is the name of the game in real life and paperwork and staring at computers is 50 percent of my day.

5. I hope people won't just stay with "what a good tv show" it is, but think deeply about how much reform the NHS needs and what they are going to do about it.

6. I feel so sorry for Shruti. She had to deal with so much and in the end, it was ALL too much.
   What we all have to remember is that doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physios, surgeons, midwives, they're still human beings. They don't do what they do just for money, or the kudos, or anything. They do it because they care, they go the extra mile to keep US, the general public, on the road.
   And all of us should take into consideration and remember that every day because it's a very special thing. And if the hardships the world has had to face these last two years. We owe the NHS eternal gratitude.
