*Beauty and The Beast* – The story starts with Bella Dubois, daughter of a merchant/Sea captain. She decides to be a maidservant at Leon’s castle because her father couldn’t afford the debt at the moment. When Leon first meets Bella he has passionate feelings for her because of her bravery and she seems to understand his anguished memories.Their love is developing beautifully but encounters opposition in the form of his jealous cousin. Prince Leon finally convinces Bella that she is not a bet. He cancels her father’s debt, frees her and they marry.

A story of true love prevailing. A story of deception, secrets, betrayal, the twists and turns of life and ultimately love conquering all. During this time period women were required to have a drowy so that the young lady could be taken care of. This didn't happen only in Europe, many countries had this tradition. I believe this tradition is still in place in certain parts of the world, Asia, North Africa, Middle East. The actors, directors, production co have all done a wonderful job bringing this story to life. I truly enjoyed it.

Every time I hear the music, it reminds me of the Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit movies combined.
Such music like this is magical!
Lies! All lies! The beast does not change, little girls. Never believe that you can change him. Instead find a good man who respects you and whom you like and do not wish to change. And who doesn’t want to change you. Fiona and Shrek are prime examples of ‘warts and all’. So you can grow as a couple that supports each other.
This is nevertheless a good story. I recommend it. But go in knowing that it’s a fairytale and that in real life the beast does not change little girls.
