4. This is the worst film I've ever seen in my life. Some of the comments make me laugh. Where do I begin… A possessed weave and a weave off battle at the end did it for me. Special effects were pretty bad too. I'd rather see the story without the horror element.

I've seen video after video of black women getting all pist off and down right aggressive because a white girl is wearing braids or a white guy has dreadlocks. While they have weaves on that belongs to some none black person. I can't stand hypocrites. Hair is hair a person should be able to wear it any God dam way they want regardless of nature hair.

10. Just watched this for the first time.., I am not a writer or film producer but this film should have been labeled as a comedy-horror- satire film. Personally it felt like a drama film about a black woman trying to make it in the show business in 1989 (gave me BET vibes) then it goes into this horror film about haunted weave. Felt like the whole movie should’ve been added to the wayans bros scary movie.

20. Watched this last night and I was not disappointed. Clever, campy, and thought provoking. The camera work was unique too. Definitely better than the trailer!

23. This looks like a really good remake with smart racial commentary of the Japanese horror movie Exte: Hair Extensions (2007). It has a similar premise: a girl buys some extensions made by a morgue watchman who created said extensions after he becomes obsessed with the hair of a female murder victim. The extensions become possessed by the spirit of said dead woman of course and once the main character has them put in people start dropping like flies.

24. This film looks way too evil. Hollywood has more than enough demonic films, TV shows and commercials. Then they create something stupid about a woman's hair being possessed. They could've spread the message of self-acceptance in a comedic way, not like this. So demonic and unnecessary.

31. This movie reminds me of my friend that bought wigs online a few years ago. After she bought it in her home, strange things started to happen; the house smelled of rotten meat, doors closed and opened by itself, some things would disappear, her children would wake up with bruises and scratches on their body and her family became terribly sick. When she couldn’t take it anymore she went to seek help from a spiritual healer. She later found out that the hair she brought home was the thing that was causing the paranormal activity in her house. The man told her that the hair from her wig, belonged to someone who died and had their hair stolen soon after. The entity wanted revenge and wanted it’s hair back.
