24. This movie was really good. It’s one of those movies that you better keep the tissue beside you because it has its moments. I’m a grown man but this movie had me tearing up. Lol

30. This looks great. I remember a film in the 70s called 'Orphan Train' and i guess its based on the same true story.

32. The film is inspired by true events ie The Orphan Train. Too many people shitting on the film for their own reasons. I watched the movie tonight & thought it was brilliant. Those who are claiming the film is ant-Native have obviously never read a history book. Atrocities happened on both sides. The Native Americans came out worse overall. Wounded Knee, land stolen, forced relocation, stolen kids, their culture made illegal, genocide, their women raped, the Trail of Tears, Black Kettles tribe massacred where Custer and his men used little kids as target practice afterwards. But the tribes did many bad things too, they murdered, tortured, raped & stole. They would attack settlers, just ordinary folk trying to make a life for their family as they were seen as invading their territory, little kids being cut down, women with long hair being scalped & their scalps being worn like trophies, women's productive areas being mutilated, & young girls forcibly raped & turned into slaves. Let alone the atrocities tribes did to one another. History is ugly but you can't re-write it, you learn from it. Read Scalp Dance by Thomas Goodrich. It's a balanced book that doesn't choose a side & just tells what happened on the Great Plains.
