When her husband is hospitalized after a car accident, EMT Karen decides to rent out their spare rooms online. All goes well until Miranda moves in. Miranda quickly infiltrates all areas of Karen’s life. When one of Karen’s renters is found murdered, Karen becomes convinced Miranda was involved but has no idea that kicking her psychotic guest out will send Miranda into a murderous rage.

Very good & full of twist. Definitely a good watch. Not a time waster
Why did her mother refused to let her in. She was wrong, she the one who cheated and got a baby out of it and gave her up for adoption ànd when she later found her mother the mother still refused to give her the closure she was looking for. This child is a victim if her mother accepted her or at least looked for her she wouldn't have done all this things. Even the sister was treating her like dirt after finding out who she is. Is this movie teaching us that all those who were given up for adoption are bad enough that after finding their birth parents they turn their backs on her. I'm sorry but I can't say it's a nice storytelling.
10/10. Good storyline well acted – although strange that a woman desperate for family ended up trying to kill them all!!
Charity Shea is a great actress and a real beauty too, it's a shame she's not in more films like this.
