So, it starts off in Robocop, slides into Terminator, then goes a bit Interstellar, then we find ourselves wandering into the Avatar set. Then a bit of Aliens thrown in, with a sprinkling of Short Circuit and Star-wars… all the while having the heroes being played by an obviously deliberately selected diversity quota.
Movie was terrible. It's all about her mental breakdown over AI. There really is no story. By the end of the movie I was so stressed out that I needed a stiff drink.

25 minutes in. Still dont like her acting since her first movie. But unfortunately have nothing better to watch or do
as i understand its a next masterpiece like gravity, one person movie.. how this kind of this is still being created?

Watched this last night (stopped a few minutes before the end, so not entirely finished yet. But while I enjoyed the film, it really annoyed me how it sugar coats syncing with AI. The AI eventually elicits emotional attachment from the recipient wand while normalising this process, humanises it to make it palatable and safe and friendly. This is becoming a reality and the stakes will be high, if humans chose not only to sync up, but allow DNA altering to change their inherent human attributes. The Bible talks about this in Revelation 13. Those who choose to depart from humanity, reject God, and choose their own path to becoming their own God, made in the image of part human, part bot, cannot escape the consequences, and cannot change their mind to receive eternal life once they take this step. Be wise.
The amount of whining and crying Lopez did in this movie is unbearable. She was overacting and try too hard that she was more of a Karen than an actress. I walked out of the theater half way coz it was unbearable.
I see much hate for this movie… It was great.
I know the inspiration comes from my favorite game titanfall… So I just enjoyed it till the end.

As soon as I see action scenes in films, I just glaze over. Violence and war are so boring to me. So played out, so 1900s.

I think JLo did great here. Looks good too. I mean, she must be close to 70 by now. But Neeson can do it, so why not?
After all the main role is for the AI Robot, jlo was just a puppet.
Good story,but think jlo must stop with movies. Its not her cup of tea.

Just finished watching Atlas with Jennifer Lopez where she controls an AI robot with 4 arms.
Quite the coincidence because whenever I see her I grow a 3rd leg.

I just watched ATLAS. I actually really enjoyed it. People may not like her personally or her singing but her acting is SOLID and her movies are always good. Except for Anaconda lol (but to be fair it’s kinda a cult classic now).
