  1. Every time Hollyweird comes out with a new film, it's all about being politically correct. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and a soured stomach. Has anyone seen the Amazon preview for Rings of Power? It's not entertainment but brainwashing and social engineering.🤢🤢

  16. I was kinda hoping the inquisitor would be an alien of some sort instead, but I guess this won't be the only one anyway, just one we haven't seen before like some of the ones in fallen order.

  18. I'm hoping we get some live action inquisitor action, it'll be cool to see them in live action and to see how kenobi would react to them especially if they were former jedi he knew

  26. Sorry but no. Two problems: 1) Obi Wan stayed on Tatooine under the pseudonym "Old Ben". He was called a "crazy old hermit", which implies he never went anywhere. He didn't go off and have adventures, he stayed on Tatooine, in hiding. No more, no less. 2) "When I left you was but the learner, now I am the master". This is said by Vader in A New Hope when Vader and Obi Wan meet. It is referring to when Obi Wan beat Anakin in Revenge Of The Sith. It explicitly states, with no room for interpretation, that they did not meet again.

    For Disney to go ahead with this series only serves to mess with, and ruin established canon and contradict 2 films, possibly as a direct slight on George. This series is simply not needed. There is no crying out for more story about Obi Wan, it is already perfect as it is.

  29. Now, I'm so happy this is a TV Series! After the dissapointing Boba Fett series, I really can't wait for this series to begin. When this trailer falls ….internet will collapse!

They better have a scene where Obi-wan fights an enemy who climbs on top of something above Obi-wan and then have him say, “it's over Obi-wan; I have the high ground!” and then have Obi-wan immediately destroy him and say, “What a ridiculous assumption to make.” or some kind of hilarious punchline! They literally have to!!

  40. "TRAILER" in the thumbnail had me confused. Not really a trailer. The stills didn't reveal much and that's okay, better to leave most of it as a surprise.
