7. This series was excellent from its premiere, effectively portraying Peter's journey toward self-trust and confidence. The subtle hints regarding the of his spider-sense were compelling, of not holding back and the final episode presented numerous promising avenues for future storylines. 👏🔥

10. Yeah this right up there with 90s fox and spectacular….if they give it a good 3-4 seasons at this clip it will definitely be all time. Especially if they do some real long form story arcs. This is somehow unique and original while feeling like it's straight out of the comic panel.

11. Though the big question is "why Nico Minoru of all people?". I mean, why did they choose her to be in this series and be Peter's best friend?. They are completely unrelated, she is not a Spider-Man character and they have never even met in the comics.

17. I like the show, but the black gang & their dialogue is so cringe. I’m sick of it! Making Peter so weak that he can’t fight scorpion on his own so his black friend comes in to rescue him? I just can’t take that part of the show seriously. Peter having zero white friends or love interests is so weird too. I’m black by the way. It just feels like pandering. We don’t need Peter surrounded by black people for us to like the show. It kind of takes away from the magic of Miles Morales.

21. Show is great, and the whole completed timeline where Peter was the reason he got his own powers was executed so well, the show really knows how to subvert expectations
