If Simu wants to have access to one of the largest movie box office markets in the world, he must respond to all the criticism by many reporters regarding his past anti-China sayings. Staying silent would not work, and even might be seen as admission of guilt. A sincere apology and change of attitude might help.
I’ll give this a B. The start of the movie is a little cheesy, typical quick reference of a ‘Old Asian style’ history of Tony Leung from the past and then to modern time. So, he live eternal live, how, just by having the ten ring?? Then, for Sumu Liu to be the son of Tony/Fal, he doesn’t look like the product of both. Then, they have Michelle Yeo, and didn’t even use her fully with the martial art. She had some basic scene at the end, come on. For Fala’s role, comes and go, and got killed with a simple act. lastly, the finale, to have the evil figure coming out as a flying creature, what?? Instant turn into a kid show. This movie is base on lots of martial art and animation, why didn’t they thought of having a special figure, maybe half-human-like and half creature with martial art power/techniques and have lots of cool fights with Shang-chi and Michelle Yeo?? Make some special epic fight scenes, come on, and rock it at the end. A little disappointed
