  1. I've been perilously close to death on two occasions in my life. The first time, I was in no place to think anything. On the second occasion, I had a few moments where I was lucid enough to think and was able to remember what I thought. I had no regrets about the past at that time, nor was I particularly concerned about loved ones being left behind: they would be financially secure and I knew that they had many other loved ones to lean upon. My regrets were many, though, and they all focussed on things left undone and small pleasures postponed or denied. The big things that you would have wished for if you won the lottery become meaningless at that time. Political passions and petty disputes are instantly forgotten.
Do not wait for retirement for the opportunity to make up for postponed little pleasures. You may never get the chance and these little things become very large at the end.

  2. Not having managed to realise that they are 'Not Their Physical Body'. Their 'Human Form'. That they are the 'LIFE' inside of their human body. Something that nearly all of us human 'Beings' sadly fail to realise. Best wishes πŸ™
