UNTOLD | Steve McNair, Connor Stalions, Hope Solo | Official Trailer | Netflix

The critically acclaimed docuseries UNTOLD returns with three new stories, pulling back the curtain on epic tales from the wide (and wild) world of sports. From the shocking murder of a former NFL MVP to college football sign-stealing scandals to a complicated icon of women’s soccer, these new stories go well beyond the headlines and upend what we thought we knew. Premiering weekly, each character-driven story hinges on candid, intimate first-person accounts from those who lived it – to reveal the grit, resilience, heartbreak, and triumph beneath the sweat. UNTOLD captures the excitement of Steve McNair and his Tennessee Titans’ run to the 2000 Super Bowl, as well as unanswered questions surrounding his 2009 murder. Connor Stalions, who gained notoriety in 2023 thanks to his central role in Michigan’s alleged sign-stealing scheme, shares his side of the story that turned him into a viral villain and would forever change college football. And after two tumultuous decades in the public eye, U.S. soccer icon Hope Solo unpacks the unique mix of glory and scandal that accompanied her rise to a level of fame that transcended her sport.

  1. I’m not a soccer fan, but the documentary is great. It’s about an excellent player who made bad choices, like every human being. Who hasn’t made mistakes in this life? I saw that Hope Solo is a strong and courageous woman who fought for her rights and was criticized by the patriarchal system, even by other women. Where is the sisterhood, ladies?

  2. I've always thought Hope was 100% f'in awesome. It was total BS. What happened to her. Just more corporate greed is all it ever is and all it ever has been. Every time. It might be a sports org but it's the same shit, different day. She's a winner in my book.

  3. One of the Best Ever. Hope is a very brave heroine who was so miss treated. She has a 'real' story and was the best Goal Keeper in the World. Edge crazy as you sometimes have to be to be Great.

  4. That's how you whitewash, pretty narsasistic. Rather than providing your side make the federation the big bad wolf. She will always see herself as the victim.

  5. During Covid the USWNT players still got paid per their contract, no games, tournaments, training, etc. meanwhile the USMNT players didn’t receive a dime. But of course they don’t mention that in the episode 👀

  6. Solo has such a big ego. Guess she forgot there is no "I" in team. A lot of humility would do her well. Good that she is an ERA activist.

  7. Hope Solo is a wonderful and talented athlete! Live this documentaries that Netflix does. As always women get very little bit of payment and poor treatment while men make millions doing the same.

  8. Hope solo was a drug addict drinking and driving with her black husband in the USA Van, could of killed someone while representing USA Soccer no thank you I don’t believe her new little sweet innocent voice hahaha, she tried to say she found out how much USA was making profits so that’s why they got rid of her ??? Lmao USA Soccer federation should sue her for lying against the flag 🤦‍♂️

  9. I went into the Solo episode thinking what a bi$;h . By the end i thought what an awesome keeper and U.S Football treated her like garbage.

  10. People really made a documentary glorifying Hope Solo who drove drunk with her 2 kids in the car and then had the audacity to act like a total a-hole to the cops who arrested her? No thanks I'll pass

  11. The Hope Solo was is poorly done – she took no real accountability for her behavior and why no one wanted to work with her anymore. It's her playing the victim as a puff piece

  12. I've just seen the episode and cryed. Heartbreaking story. He was a so loved athlete, talented and nice man as he was told by his friends. But the question remains: did really Jenni do it? I don't believe it.
    RIP Steve and Jenni. ❤

  13. At Brazil…I went to about a hundred games of the team (soccer) I supported. So I became a police officer and was part of public security at stadiums. I've never cheered again and, frankly, combined with beliefs, I'm convinced that it's the biggest waste of love you can have. I believe it is a logical consistency that what we should love is not aimed at profit, much less “tax immunity”(churches).

  14. Wayne Neely's story makes no sense. He finds two people dead, doesn't call the police, instead calls Mc Nair's business partner, LEAVES THE SCENE like he has better things to do, then tries to give the police a cash "tip".

  15. After watching the McNair story I have a question. Those Air Force One's have more blood on the bottom of the shoes than on the top. The blood evidence on those shoes is questionable.

  16. Who here thinks Adrian Gilliam killed Air McNair?
    1. Said he sold the gun to the girl.
    2. Lied that he didn’t know her name or had ever contacted her or been to the apartment beforehand.
    3. Lied that he had been with a friend when Steve was shot.
    4. Was a Convicted Murderer and felon.

This piece of 💩 needs to be interrogated again.
Wonder if he was even arrested for “selling” the gun to her if they didn’t charge him for murder.

  17. I'll never understand why this girl thought Steve believed she was wife material, at any point throughout their involvement. Another case of, "im different and special and he loves me." Eventhough he knew, as does everyone else, that she saw dollar sign halos above Steve and literally just cheated and left the guy she was dating for years lol. That's as pathetic as it gets. People cheat, sure, however, she must have been delusional to think he was going to put a ring on it. She was one of many lol. Not too bright. Its ashame steve had to pay the ultimate price for offending her fragile ego, yet its okay for her to do so when she's giving it instead. Good riddance. Rip Steve

  18. You know, aside from being one of the best athletes physically, as well as mentally, regarding his ridiculously high football IQ, Steve was far from dumb. What made that girl think that he would see her as wife material, at any point? Lol. He knew she had literally just broken it off with her boyfriend of years, and was still living under the same roof, when she became awestruck and clearly saw dollar signs and a free ride. I'll never get it. Unfortunately, Steve won't either. At no point in time, from what I've gathered, did Steve express any emotional attachment to her or connection. Granted, they had talks of adopting..but lets not kid ourselves, he was merely playing the field guys lol. Comes with the territory. And nobody deserves to get murdered for that. The sad part about it is, he really didn't dodge the proverbial bullet with her. She literally ended his life, all because he really didn't like her that much and seemed purely physical. Sad. Rest in peace. Should have never happened. The chances we take.

  19. Mcnair was amazing, rip king. Been a Broncos fan my whole life and never really been a fan of other players, but Mcnair was one of the non Broncos players I loved to watch. Hell of a player who ALWAYS gave 110%, one of those athletes you just couldn't help but root for and respect.
