Tomorrow and I | Official Trailer | Netflix

When ‘Thai traditions’ are tested by advanced ‘technology,’ what will Thailand look like in the future?

What will happen…
🤖 if the sex industry is revolutionized by ‘robots’?
💻 if we resort to ‘AI’ to sort out and modernize Buddhism to keep up with the world?
🐙 if humanity’s last chance to survive is in the hands of a ‘squid’?
🐑 if the cycle of life is challenged by a technology like ‘cloning’?

Find the answers to all these questions by watching all four stories of “Tomorrow and I,” a new Thai drama/sci-fi anthology series on December 4, only on Netflix.

  1. I have seen 3 of 4 episodes and I love it! Black mirror situation in conservative-Buddhist environment created a thought-provoking questions. Nice job, Thai teams! I congratulate you from here in 🇮🇩

  2. Well, the thumbnail and even the description made this show look pretty interesting, but I just watched part of the trailer on Netflix and just about threw up.. Nope, another pseudo-porn.. I'll pass.. Yuck.. I mean, it IS possible to portray women as having brains, and being thinking creatures that do more than screw, scream, and live as baby-factories.. Unfortunately, the modern media has mostly forgotten how to do that.

  3. Oh pls i have Been waiting for better black mirror episodes but please don’t bring woke stuff to Asia lol. We are just built differently and won’t get infected by your western ideologies

  4. The fact that the actress that played Dr. Vee (Treechada "Poyd" Petcharat) is a transwoman really adds a lot of layer to the first episode. Well done!

  5. I felt cheated with first episode. It was so good until it turned out into a woke preach. The second one horrible too. The really interesting one for me was the episode with the monk and the little robot .

  6. The First Episode, BlackSheep, is an Emmy level of episode.

I can't believe I found myself in tears. I just watched it to check it out as a Thai, and boy was I in for a surprise.
    Recommended for everyone. 10/10

  7. Black Mirror clone. Production was top notch and I really loved the style. Very comical and humorous. But the stories were wierd and incoherent and at times boring 6/10

  8. The problem with this, is people don't use dystopias as a warning or social commentary, they lodge in people's brains and we tune them in with our expectations and actions. If you think i'm wrong, have a look at the world.
    A few Utopian templates, please.

  9. Watched the first 3 eps, the only ep that called my attention was the AI Budda one cus the concept itself was similar to the likes ep of black mirror but with its own twist that made it unique, but sadly it was probably one of the weaker eps, tho the lesson it tries to give and the emotional peak of the ep is the second best in the show.

The eps I liked the most where the first 2 eps, the first one was straight up cinema and one of the most interesting twist I've seen in a show like this, episode 2 had lots of style and managed to do a 180 in tone, which was just great in execution too.

The whole show is just political criticism towards the political state of Thailand, if that criticism is valid is not up to me to decide, but ep 4 was super on the nose lol
