The ending is terrible. I do not get it. The very last scene. Is the time linear? What was that about? Why was she searching this topic online?
Just finished this. Really good television but not for everyone. It’s multi-layered, metaphorical, requires you to engage with it. But it’s worth the effort.
Last night after nine months I finished watching the entire run of The Walking Dead and all the spin offs (a bit late, I know) so I watched the first episode of this tonight. It was weird and eerie with interesting sound fx…but tbh it was all just a bit arty-farty weird. I'll watch it to the end though.
I liked it & I absolutely loved the soundtrack.
They're missing a trick of using the Crash Test Dummies song Mmm Mmm Mmm over this trailer.

Low frequency sound travels.
EG. In WW1, when the large mine explosives were detonated in Northern France, the sound was heard in the UK.
And when Krakatoa blew it's top, it was heard all over the world.

Total and utter bollocks. The writer had a good idea but didn't know where to go with it and it soon collapses into a drab family drama about nothing at all. Nicely shot with some random editing every now and then. I felt for the actors cos this script should never have been filmed without drastic intervention
My friend is deaf in one ear and she says she hears a constant hum in her other ear. It gets sometimes bad a night when she tries to sleep and sleeps on the side she can hear from to drown the hum.
Rebecca has a flawless beauty that is quite mesmerizing. lets just get that out the way first. I have a few questions- (Aspie here by the way)
1. Why did they cast Kyle as her look-alike?
2. What is the significance of the portrait in Rebeccas kitchen/dining room? (who is it?)
3. What is the name /significance of the plant she was holding and put back in the room? (last ten minutes of the final)
4. Did anybody else say "Lawnmower" ? (last ten minutes of the final) I said it before he did, am I weird? did you say it? do you also feel weird? 😉
5. Did you spot Gary from Corrie? 😘
Is this show supernatural themed?
Unwatchable, over produced, terrible sound, awful camera work, clumsy upper-middle-class nonsense script and the lighting person must have better eyesight than me.
