Well, Abbey didn’t quite bulk up to the level in the game. I wonder if NG gave her that physique to increase the sense of alienation and outsider status (a girl that doesn’t conform to normal expectations of a girl).

LoU I & II are two of my favorite games of the nearly 40 years of gaming I've enjoyed. Also thankfully one of the better adaptations to a game I can recall. I still would've rather have had Troy and Ashley in their respective roles, but I also appreciate their actual parts in this HBO series. Shame that if/when there's a part III (game), it probably won't see the light of day for another 5 years at this point, whereas the show could pull a Game of Thrones….and align with the main plot points Neil hopefully at least has already, but going its own way outside of that. Not saying I'm a fan of that happening, but a series like this can't wait the better part of a decade between "seasons," so I see no other way.
