  1. I like some ccm alot of it to be honest but I don't agree with how some of them choose to live their lives like supporting some ungodly lifestyle they will know we are Christians by our love and by our lifestyle we all sin everyday but we are to be a new creation a new person christlike some of them do live for Jesus truly some of them live like the world you will know them by their fruits their actions but I listen to ones like Josh Wilson and Laura story and cece Winans ones I believe live not perfect but Godly and not ungodly

  2. I feel better about myself when I put my brother down,
    But have you every truly listened to how awful it really sounds.
    Prejudice is hate and ignorance from one whose insecure;
    Ask Christ to love through you is the one and only cure.
    If heaven is full of diversity, would a bias man stay out.
    Some of the extreme full of hate would pursue hell without a doubt.
    But they forget to realize that the worst of every race will reside in that God forsaken place!
    From the book titled Meltdown by Patty

  3. These artist look more like hippies than Christians. Long hair in men and tattoos are forbidden in the scriptures. It seems that there is some of this music that is more about fame and money than spreading the word of God.

😢Lord bless you

  5. No nostalgia in Christian music industry. Its all about pushing up and coming artists. No mention of Evie Tornquist etc. Its all about the money and brainwashing

  6. Is this supposed to be chronicling the early days of Jesus Music? The artists referenced in it are too recent. Where's Larry Norman, Randy Stonehill, Petra [still incredibly popular], Parable, Sweet Comfort Band, Mustard Seed Faith, Barry McGuire, Honeytree, Daniel Amos, Gentle Faith, Love Song, Phil Keaggy [who is still cranking out the albums and in big demand], Ron Moore, Malcolm & Alwyn, Paul Clark, the Archers, Liberation Suite, The Second Chapter of Acts, Parchment, Jamie Owens Collins, Lamb, Keith Green and many other early pioneers. Without these, none of those in the movie would have never been around. All the people that are referenced in the movie above came much later. They are practically the third wave because I could name a whole lot more that came after the ones I listed above and before those mentioned in the movie. But I see it is a Klove movie, and Klove generally drops artists when they are no longer popular and plays no real oldies.

  7. Lost people can be harsh, as can some Christ followers. We have to do what the Holy Spirit leads us to do and let others react as they feel led. Jesus is a free choice. No one is forced.

  8. I am going to be watching this soon. Just came across it. I have been disappointed for many years since the "Christian Rock" Era has ended, and so many have welcomed in worship music as the "nu thang" for Christians to listen to. Don't get me wrong. Worship music has its place, but no longer does there seem to be an exciting, mesmerizing experience at "Christian Rock" concerts. It's NOT Rock! I do so many searches trying to find stuff. Very few bands around anymore that actually know how to rock for Jesus. Excited to say we have bands like Red, Skillet, Disciple, and, can you believe it? Stryper is still with us for all you hair metal/glam metal rockers out there. But bands like DeGarmo & Key, Audio Adrenaline, Whitecross, Petra, and Rez Band just seem like a passing fad. It's SO sad to see. I still listen to the old-school, thank goodness for technology preserving it for us. But when I do a search for "Christan Rock music 2023," I shouldn't be pulling up Hillsong United or Casting Crowns. All great bands in their own right, but they are NOT rock! 😔

  9. On the 2nd day 2023 — the impact iof these amazing Christian rebels continue to build up God's kingdom. Praise 👏 God for their ❤️ emboldened spirit to reach countless souls for Christ. All glory to God.

  10. Yeah, that’s all well and good but in all my reading of the NT, I haven’t encountered a verse that says Jesus or his disciples
    or the apostles taking up a musical instrument and wowing anybody.
