Think about it do we need IRS (with weapons), FBI, CIA, Homeland Security, collecting and controlling information about people. How many intelligent agencies do we need? Dept of Education controlling the kids, Dept of Energy controlling oil. What has happened every time you establish new controls, the people got poor, depress, and unmotivated.
