I couldn't finish watching it. So boring! Why would anyone even spend time or money making such a movie!?
The Movie"STAND" is a movie that covers the story of over 110 million currently active land mines in 68 countries by which every month over 2000 civilians are killed or maimed when hostilities have ended.
This movie is called Stand and acted beautifully by Luke Albright and Luis Carazo, who play brothers. Bob, who is a Staff Sergeant visits his brother Alex, a teacher who lives in Vietnam. Predicament leads the brothers into the forest where there are landmines leftover from the war. Such a powerful film and full of real emotions of family drama and bonds btw the brothers. It is sad to learn that there are over 110 million active and hidden landmines in 68 countries. With the war over, there are still civilians dying from them or getting maimed by them. Princess Diana was a huge advocate against landmines and bravely visited countries dealing with this and even walked through minefields.

enjoyed that, nothing flashy a nice slow paced film – loved their humour and banter
Stand (2016) met with a moderately successfull reception from critics and film fans alike, but when the themes explored in the film were expanded upon in the sequel 'Sit' (2018), the idea had become somewhat stale after a slew of copycat films that appeared in 2017. The producers decided to take an entirely different direction for the third film in the trilogy, but unfortunately 'Dribbling Kevin is stymied upon a wiffleboard' (2019) upset not only hardcore fans of one-word titles, but failed completely to bring in new fans, mainly because people decided the title was incomprehensible and rather silly.
