Nobody Wants This | Official Trailer | Netflix

Will they? Won’t they? Should they?

An agnostic podcast host and an unconventional rabbi on the rebound walk into a party. When they walk out — together — the unlikely pair, Joanne (Kristen Bell) and Noah (Adam Brody), can tell there is something between them. But also potentially between them, with their differing outlooks on life, all of the modern obstacles to love, and their sometimes well-meaning, sometimes sabotaging families — including her sister Morgan (Justine Lupe) and his brother Sasha (Timothy Simons). From creator Erin Foster, Nobody Wants This debuts September 26, only on Netflix.

  1. The idea is good. The casting of the two main stars is promising. But it's designed exclusively for Generation Z or… for those older who are really curious to understand this generation in which wokism reigns supreme. In addition, the clichéd secondary characters are not at all endearing and are even irritating. Here you go. One negative comment for the mass.

  2. It is a very easy watch but I didn't love it as much as everyone else seems to. The main characters are adorable and I love Adam Brody as much as the next girl (sidetrack but I was heartbroken when he left the Gilmore Girls) and Kristen Bell is absolutely amazing. However, all of the supporting characters feel super cartoonish, especially the brother and his wife. And the whole storyline with Rebecca in the last few episodes felt unneeded.
To me the show seemed similar to Manhattan Love Story (very underrated show).

  3. So my mother is literally Bina Roklov (Even has the same haircut), moved from Ukraine to Canada in the 1980s, I can't wait if in season two we explore their family history more. Or to see Joanne Converting!
