  1. shows like this are so important. kids can deal with deep topics better than some people think and I love how they portrayed such topics in ways that weren't too dark but still got the right feelings across

  2. Well the show was realistic in some ways and it’s better than sugarcoating the reality in care, like they are doing now in recent season lol. I loved the story of tracy beaker

  3. My childhood. If it wasn't for the fact I have two family members with that name, I would call my future child Tracey. I also had read the book before seeing on screen which helped.

  4. It's so important to have children's tv that doesn't talk down to them and reflects real issues kids face. Especially in the light of so much american made crap about wanting to be popstars and other such vapid content that teaches kids all the wrong values IE chasing being rich, pretty and famous.
