We all know that at the end they unite against the common enemy and depart as friends… and then maybe if the writers are clever enough we get a glimpse at JW5 plot with Ballerina bringing John from his retirement "grave" back in action. Like: "I saved your ass in that prequel – spinoff, John. Now you owe me one, cuz now I'm in trouble."
