Haven’t watched the movie so I have no clue if it is good or not. The trailer, however, is phenominally good, one of the best I’ve ever seen. It really, REALLY is indicative of a substantially good and well-done movie, and Sweeney’s performance seem to be not only oscar-worthy, but historically good. Can’t wait to watch this movie. Michôd is an outstanding director and most certainly, this Chrissy biopic is no exception.
And until today, I haven’t seen a single solitary trailer or even a mention about this film. I already know the story, but they haven’t promoted this at all…
they all have such bad wigs..

Christy's story is absolutely incredible and heartbreaking and inspiring. This movie is none of those.

Just seen this movie yesterday. In the movie Christy is arguing with Jim about needing more money and he tells her if she wants more money he told her how to get it. Then, they are in room and this big guy hands Jim some money and sits down while they wrestle. Did they just wrestle or was this so he could make some weird homemade video?

Heard the mom say "Oh Christy..you sound crazy" and thought it was pretty bad acting…but then I went and watched the documentary on Netflix and the way her mom speaks sounds just like that but x10 worse.
Sydney doesn’t have much emotional sway in her voice. She always sounds like she is just reading lines. Boring.
