What's funny is that this could actually be a great horror movie. Look up how strong and cruel real life chimpanzees are, and then imagine if it had human intelligence. Maybe set the horror movie in Latin America in the 60's to 90's and CIApe is sent to do assassinate somebody or create chaos. Or just try to assassinate the protagonist in the current time.
