An artist is always struggling to find his or her vision of the world and to express it. Same with musicians who are serious about their craft….the study of music is infinite…who think they are never good enough and will always want to better themselves… It's not a competition with anyone else…It's a lonely road and can lead to years of a psychological downward spiral…if they are not careful. They must realize before it's too late that there is more to themselves than the gift God gave them. It's never too late to make a difference.

This is not funny family movie
Everyone in this movie is perfect. Mark Ruffalo is especially brilliant. He plays a self-centered prick and makes his character sympathetic. The "Jackson Pollock" breakthrough is a well-deserved sendup of the art scene; the SPOILER ALERT Fruit Loops are the climax of the film.
Love Mark Ruffalo. Anything he's in is good with me. 🙂
