An Ancient Gateway to Hell | The 13th Friday | Supernatural Horror Movie

When a female refugee discovers an ancient demonic device that opens the gateway to another realm, she unleashes a dark entity that poses as her daughter. After many failed attempts to have the church explain the creation of her worst nightmares, she learns that the house is cursed by an enraged spirit that died on Friday the 13th. And now a group of thrill seeking friends unknowingly unleash its wrath and damn their souls.

  9. Ahhhhn no. It had some structural parts of interest… But it seems like no one knew what the plot was, and either the director sucks, or the editor, because it was all over the place. Why is the guy in the graveyard even in the movie and why killed of the bones are not even there? Who is they guy with the drugs? Was he the one explaining at the start? It almost seemed like the girls at the start are different actresses a year later. Was the red head even in the start? And suddenly red head is the heroin and living with an Asian? And asian girl is right, where ARE the bodies? Like the kid in the car?. Did cave staff never notice bodies? The cave was lit like a tourist cave… Why was the Goth girl killed, she was never in the house. A figure in a sheet holds a noose around their friends neck, and it even moves… but no one says WTF! Or tries to tackle it? The drown a girl, another in a garage… then BAM! Girl in a cave? Honestly I kept expecting a zoom out and the cave is a horror movie they are WATCHING, so even more confusion when it seems to be them all of a sudden. Did they think the cave was cool and decided to add it to the movie and shoehorned it in? If they were the priests, who were the crouched figures? And WTF is that for an ending? All kills are shown, so were the one with the bones killed anyways for saying the name? The others did not. What of Red? Dead too? Just to many weird plot holes and hard story changes with no explanation… Editor or director killed it for sure. <*sigh*> Wasted potential.

  18. If you're going to use the same tired trope as half the other horror movies, at least use better directing, dialogue, and actors.
    14 minutes in and several skip forwards and I can't handle this lifeless movie.

  19. I've never seen a movie where every Actor in it was bad at their craft until now, Not one of them can act, hold or give expressions where it's due/needed. This is a real waste of time…
